  1. When I come to SF I like to live amongst the locals and walk the city. This place was perfect! Public transport is close & just as easy to hail a cab if needed. The apartment is just off Divis, so there is defiantly street noise but is minor in my opinion. ( I’ve stayed in very nice hotels where there was a night club close by that bumped music until 3am.) Clean and comfortable apartment with a full kitchen! I actually think the sofa bed is more comfortable than the Queen bed but both were great. Great place & great host. Seamless transaction all around! Thanks again Arthur!!

  2. My wife and I prefer to travel to cities and stay in neighborhoods rather than hotels close to tourist sites. We use public transportation. This apartment was perfect. The owner has appointed it beautifully, with everything that one would need. We went to SF to sample their many great restaurants, so we only ate breakfast at the apartment, but if you wanted to cook more it is a very nice kitchen. The apartment is on the second floor close to a noisy intersection, so if you are noise-sensitive you might not like it. We had no problem, and it was great for people watching. The lock/key system felt very secure and we came and went at all hours. We walked all over the surrounding areas and this is one of the most convenient locations to Haight/Ashbury, Golden Gate Park (Botanical gardens were beautifu), Mission District, and public transportation. It was perfect for us – absolutely no complaints.

  3. We stayed here a few years ago and my opinion/ review has not changed. The property is still well maintained and in a great location. The apartment has a great layout , is very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. There is optional garage parking which is very nice if you are driving in to the city.

  4. We had three lovely days in the apartment and there was plenty of room, with big kitchen with everything that needs to be, large living room with sofa bed, and nice bedroom and bathroom. The location is good, there is far to the bay area, but good public transportation options.
Would definitely recommend it to others.
